Fees and engagement
Full Search & Acquisition is generally provided on a percentage-based fee structure.
Before formal work begins, the required AML/CTF verification will be completed and a written Buyer’s Agency Agreement will confirm the service scope, authority, fees and responsibilities.
The service concludes at exchange of contracts.
